Lab component of MTRN 3400. Practical application of fluid power principles used in automated systems. Students have the opportunity of designing, assembling, and programming an automated fluid power system. *COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) ** At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Design and build a simple fluid power system using commercial components. 2. Program the controls to monitor and actuate a fluid power system. 3. Troubleshoot an automated fluid power system.
