Applies the philosophy of aesthetics to the exploration of the arts and personal preferences. Develops participants as advocates for high quality arts education that aligns with effective educational theories. Identifies and connects various programs and practices at district, region, state, and national levels to help participants promote and experience the arts, while meeting shared goals.
