The initiation and management of the commercial recreation and tourism enterprises as well as the status, operations, trends, and opportunities in hospitality are emphasized. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Discuss the historical and current dimensions and components of tourism and commercial leisure enterprises. 2. Evaluate the environmental, social-cultural, and economic impacts of the hospitality and tourism related industries. 3.
