This course focuses on principles and methodologies of evaluating programs, measuring performance, and assessing program effectiveness in government and nonprofit entities. The course is designed to introduce material through individual reading assignments, apply it through case assignments and group work, and then implement it through a major team project to be completed on a case study scenario.
