This course will explore issues of ethical and professional conduct as a steward of school resources, student academic success and well-being, and faculty and staff professional development. The course will also explore strategies and practices associated with Distributive Leadership (DL) which involves a team of educators from different levels of leadership, grades, and/or subject areas in a school working collaboratively to create positive, schoolwide improvement. This course will be based on the Utah Educator Professional Standards as described in Utah State School Board rule.
