This course will introduce students to immersive, 360-degree cinematic virtual reality storytelling. It will present a foundational understanding of the conceptualization of constructing digital media content for head-mounted displays, and present theoretical and practical applications for 360VR content. It will allow the students to explore the audio and visual production process to create engaging, compelling 360VR content specifically for head-mounted displays (HMDs), including monoscopic and stereoscopic video and ambisonic audio production, stitching, and editing.
