The Army Pre-Commissioning Military History course covers military history from early colonial warfare in the eighteenth century to the global war on terrorism in the twenty-first century. The purpose of this course is to lead Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Cadets to understanding the role military officers have played in the development of our country.Completion of this block of instruction is a prerequisite for commissioning as a Lieutenant in the United States Army.
