Students will develop skills and familiarity through the proper use of Engine lathes. Creating cutting tools, interpreting blueprints, and threading will be assessed. Math concepts and manufacturing materials will also be discussed. Upon completion of the course, the student will be familiar with general safety precautions relating to basic Lathe and the theory behind it. Co-Requisite(s): TEMT 1025
