Mediation is a process where resolution is sought between two or more people in conflict with each other. This skills-based course will connect theory to practice through lectures, discussions, experiential learning, role-plays, and reflection. Students will learn skills and strategies required for a successful mediation resolution. Ultimately, the knowledge and experience gained in this class can be applied to a range of professions, community contexts, and interpersonal relationships.
