Topics covered include: time value of money, loans, present worth analysis, rates of return, benefit-to-cost ratio, taxes, probabilistic cash flows, simulation of cash flows, decision analysis and decision trees. Prerequisites: 'C' or better in (ME EN 2550 OR MATH 3070 OR CH EN 2550 OR CS 3130 OR ECE 3530) AND Full Major status in the College of Engineering or the College of Mines
