For Army ROTC cadets and other interested students. Cover dynamics of group and individual leadership in a field environment, including opportunities to apply leadership principles and techniques in challenging situations to further prepare them for leadership positions in the military or other career. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs)** At the successful conclusion of this course students will: 1. Apply the principles of mission command and the elements of C2 to realistic scenarios. 2. Demonstrate basic Soldier skills, such as land navigation, map reading, and first aid in a field environment.
