This course is designed to provide a basic knowledge of processes used to design commercial buildings. Includes the use of building information modeling (BIM) in the design process for preparing drawings and coordinating the design of the different building trades. Emphasis is placed on how zoning regulation, building codes, and sustainability are integrated into the design.
