This course serves as the first step in the capstone experience for Organizational Leadership students. The capstone courses allow students to apply, synthesize, and articulate the knowledge and skills learned in the program. Students will also be able to reflect on their own individual objectives as it relates to the organizational leadership coursework, interdisciplinary educational experience, career interests, and professional development.
