In this course, students will complete the capstone project originally developed and approved in ORGL 4960. The capstone project needs to address a real-world leadership challenge within an organization and present potential solutions. Students should select a project topic that aligns with their interests and also allows them to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the theories, methodologies, leadership styles, and/or case studies presented in the ORGL curriculum. Through this process, students will analyze, synthesize, and critically apply the knowledge and skills gained in the program, while also thoughtfully engaging with the content to explore innovative solutions. Upon successful completion of ORGL 4965, students should enroll in ORGL 4970 in order to complete the Organizational Leadership capstone requirements.
