This course concludes the capstone course requirements for Organizational Leadership and guides students through the creation of a final reflection and ePortfolio that highlight their educational experience and competencies, leadership development, personal growth, communication skills, and professional interests. In order to complete a well-rounded ePortfolio, students will need to compile and revise materials submitted in previous courses, reflect on the knowledge and skills gained in the program, and explore their professional identity and ongoing goals as they transition into the workforce, graduate studies, or other endeavors post-graduation.
