This course will cover the basics of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and will focus on the key concepts, terminology, taxonomies, data models, sharing paradigms, and frameworks needed to better understand, organize, and leverage CTI. Students will learn the concepts and skills associated with CTI-1 and threat hunting that enable prevention, detection, mitigation, remediation, and even attack simulation of advanced threats (APTs) in modern cyber defense. It is a prerequisite for CSIA 6270. (Spring - 1st Session) [Graded (Standard Letter)] Registration Restriction(s): CSIA students only
