This course covers introductory thermodynamics for biological and environmental engineering, the first and second laws of thermodynamics, entropy, thermodynamics of processes, and equations of state. Phase equililbria, Gibbs free energy, and Raoult's law are also covered. Prerequisite/Restriction: MATH 1220 with a grade of C- or higher Student must be in the Pre-Professional or Professional Engineering program
