Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    For an evaluation of incoming transfer credit, students must apply to SLCC, submit official transcripts, and complete a Request for Evaluation form which can be found and submitted online. Official transcripts are not required for admission to SLCC.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a non-refundable $20 application fee.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Individual classes with a grade of C- or higher may earn transfer credit, except in cases where a grade of C or higher is required at SLCC as a prerequisite.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    To be eligible for graduation from SLCC, students must take 25% of required credits directly from Salt Lake Community College.
